File synchronisation provides a great way to easily create backups of files you don't want to lose and ensure that up to date copies of files are always available in the folders you need them in. The traditional option for file synchronisation is to select two folder and use a program to ensure that the contents of each is updated whenever files are changed.

Syncless can be used in this way but it also has another trick up its sleeve - folder tagging. By assigned tags to folders, it is possible to synchronise related files with ease regardless of where they may be stored. For example, you may have digital photographs scattered across several folders on your hard drive, and this would ordinarily mean having to configure a number of paired folder.

With Syncless, you can simply assign a 'photos' tag to each of these folders before choosing another folder to which the files should be synchronised. Synchronisation is taken care of automatically so you never need to worry about not having the most recent version of a file in the right place.
